After many years of working for a specialist broker for transport liability and transport insurance, the siblings Sina and Sara Schlosser therefore founded AKGS Assekuranz-Kontor Geschwister Schlosser GmbH.

We were brokers ourselves and therefore know the market and especially well the needs of brokers. 

The tasks of an underwriting agent go much further than just acting as an intermediary. The underwriter provides expertise. Our tasks include: Risk analysis and assessment, assessment and pricing of risks to be insured in the field of logistics, consulting, agreement of premiums and conditions and other administrative tasks for the insurer. We also manage complex loss events.

Equipped with powers of attorney from the insurers, as an underwriter we supplement the insurers’ service with our special know-how in various areas of marine insurance from underwriting to the settlement of claims.
